Katifenia Chatzopoulou

Katifenia Chatzopoulou is Laboratory Teaching Staff in the University of Thessaly. She received her Bachelor in Preschool Education from the Faculty of Preschool Education of the University of Thessaly (1999) and she obtained her Doctoral Diploma in Teacher Education (2006) from the same University. Her PhD thesis is entitled “Investigation of pre-service teachers' initiation process in reflection during practical training”. She has worked for 1 year in Greek private kindergartens and for 13 years in the Department of Architecture of the University of Thessaly as secretarial. Her research interests concern in initial teacher education, in mentoring, the implementation of educational programs in preschoolers, etc. She has participated in 10 research projects and she has 10 articles published in International and Greek scientific conference proceedings.
